I am definitely not used to such crowds.

Сегодня в 10 утра я спустился скушать круасан и выпить чашечку кофе. Я обошёл три кафе в районе Марэ и ни в одном не осталось ни одного круасана. Я конечно понимаю, что круасаны во Франции вкуснее, чем в Англии. Но в Англии они хотя бы есть по утрам, тогда как во Франции – "Дезоле".

Я сел в метро и поехал к опере. Там прошёлся вдоль галереи Ла Файет и наткнулся на Старбакс. "Здесь точно не должно быть сюрпризов", подумал я и был прав.

Нет слов, чтобы выразить моё возмущение.

Во Франции бардак и бюрократия во всех отношениях. Чтобы решить проблему, на которую в Англии бы потребовался один час, во Франции нужно потратить два-три дня.

In Sheffield I did not sleep because of endless studies. In Riga I do not sleep because of endless parties. Life is the same and there is no place for peace and rest. It is great though.

9 countries, 3,000 kilometers, 7 days. One night per city, each of which deserve the whole life.

What is the best way to cross English channel?

I usually travel across Europe with speed of 800 km/h on Boeing 737 and I barely see anything (apart of bunch clouds). This time though, I've decided to slow down a bit. I am going for a road trip across the whole Europe.

I am leaving Sheffield on 23d of June and will arrive to Riga on 30s June. On my way, I am planning to visit:

Brussels
Brugge
Antwerpen
Rotterdam
Hamburg
Copenhagen
Stockholm
Tallinn

I hate any kind of tourism and I hate Starbucks. But I would love to see some local life.

So, what is worth seeing in these cities? Any good local bars? Some strange places? Architecture? Exhibitions?
